There is no work life balance here. Some people in Belgium and some of the Indians here think too that Indians are meant to do donkey work, so they load Indians with all work and they go on Holidays and have an excellent work life balance there.

Many things. They have one of the least salary structure here in India. Have no proper succession plan and neither skill development plan.

Dislikes

Atlas copco group includes no of companies. Therefore there is conflict between this companies. In GAP office there is too much politics, treatment to employee are not proper. Facilities are provided properly.

There are no promotions. Instead, they have an internal job market where postings are available. You just need to search for suitable higher positions, crack the interviews, and get placed within the group . You should stay a minimum of 2-3 years to be eligible to apply. They offer false promises of a promotion, hike, or transfer if you express a willingness to quit.no learning opportunities

Work life balance is good. Food, transport, insurance.

Dislikes

No promotion. Favoritism of manager, diploma holders become manager but Bachelors and masters does not get promoted. Average salary hike. You can see multiple openings in job portal but internally, no clarity about resources planning.
