I recently graduated in 2024 with a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science and Engineering. Too much bossism in certain departments, the managerial level people has to be trained well to face the market with corporate standards. please do not fall for the car trap - CTC looks big ,but what comes inhand is micron.

There are no promotions. Instead, they have an internal job market where postings are available. You just need to search for suitable higher positions, crack the interviews, and get placed within the group . You should stay a minimum of 2-3 years to be eligible to apply. They offer false promises of a promotion, hike, or transfer if you express a willingness to quit.no learning opportunities
