There is lot of flexibility and freedom at workplace.Annual salary rise is at par with Industry standard. Lot of focus on employee health and well being.

Hours system and the unnecessary hurry on 20th for filling the timesheet. Not good for electrical team. They don't have any tasks but still forces you to fill the timesheet. No MNC culture at all.

No promotion. Favoritism of manager, diploma holders become manager but Bachelors and masters does not get promoted. Average salary hike. You can see multiple openings in job portal but internally, no clarity about resources planning.
