As a group, it provides good policies for employee.

Dislikes

Atlas copco group includes no of companies. Therefore there is conflict between this companies. In GAP office there is too much politics, treatment to employee are not proper. Facilities are provided properly.

Company provides enormous opportunity to individual's for their professional development and growth. Company culture is very inclusive and unbiased. There is lot of flexibility and freedom at workplace.Annual salary rise is at par with Industry standard. Lot of focus on employee health and well being.

No promotion. Favoritism of manager, diploma holders become manager but Bachelors and masters does not get promoted. Average salary hike. You can see multiple openings in job portal but internally, no clarity about resources planning.

Managers are not treating every one on samilarly. If you are from same community you will get pramotions & all facility. Even Bus facility or bus routes are also design to convenient for special peoples.

There is no work life balance here. Some people in Belgium and some of the Indians here think too that Indians are meant to do donkey work, so they load Indians with all work and they go on Holidays and have an excellent work life balance there.

Many things. They have one of the least salary structure here in India. Have no proper succession plan and neither skill development plan.
