I had a nice team that kept me with Atkins for a while. I don't see anything else that kept me hooked to Atkins

Dislikes

The management. There is quite a lot of office politics and they'll not let you grow within the organization unless you become a spy of theirs and praise them 24/7. They keep a spreadsheet to monitor if employees come to office 3 days a week. You'll be asked to come 4 days the next week if you by chance miss a day the current week.

Very discusting..No good culture at all..Working in HR team and facing too many issues... they scaring me removing from Atkins.. When managers and team lead are wrong we need to praise them if not they remove from company..

Job security is there since company is try to grow the whole Workforce. They try to retain people by counter offering if they are going to competitors.

Dislikes

Politics and favouritism on top. Reward of good work is more work. Talent young engineers ends up training and indirectly working to meet productivity for favoured or employees who enter the organization through approach.
