Dislikes

Horrible management, harassed me from the day one. And force me to leave the company ASAP. They will tell you we are family but it is directly opposite to it. I cried most of the time by Management behavior. They care of their clients only then employee can be die for it. Group of 2-3 in management has lobby and they will do whatever they want non ethical. Software used here are most are cracked versions and auditors have to look in to it. Attrition rate is very high here...Read More

Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
