In terms of the department I found myself is good simply because I represent the company meeting the client & no ill-report has been sent towards that and team mate are supportive as well.

Kind of politics & behind closed door meeting

I had the freedom to work and the Directors of the company were very motivating with clear vision for the company which gave us the clear view of what the road ahead was. Hence to work towards increase the growth of company was possible and made it happen in reality as well.

Dislikes

Nothing at all.

Work Details

It used to be extremely hectic. Although the freedom to start work and close on time was always there- could never complete work on time although one starts early. But overall I enjoyed the work with a dedicated team of over 100 plus staff

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
