I'm really happy with the work-life balance here - no pressure to work overtime and management encourages taking breaks. The pay is also above average for the role, which makes it easier to stay motivated and engaged.

Salary paid on time. Incentives are there. You can learn a lot. Skill development chances are there. Team Leaders are also helpful. Freelancing allowed.

You can't go home if you don't complete your quota for the day. Either you finish the work or resign on the spot, in that case, you are not eligible for salary for the days you have worked. If you take a sudden leave, 2 days of pay will be deducted. Same if you take leave on Monday or Saturday. Deadlines all the time, even if you have just joined 1 week ago. The most critical aspect of the company that I personally disliked is their leave policies. If you take a sudden leave for a day, your salary for two days will be deducted (DNPL). Even if you inform them about the leave a day or two, before taking the leave, the same happens. At the start I did enjoy the job a bit. When the work from home opportunities were being provided, I thoroughly enjoyed that since I saved a lot of time. However, after working perfectly for 7 months, I never got motivated by the management.

The only fact I like about the workplace is that, people who work with me, keep the same opinion as I do. I think the reviews/stars are self-explanatory what the generic opinions are.

The workplace is kinda toxic. I mean, if you're not bonding with people, you can survive for hardly 2 - 3 months in the company.By, people I only meant the junior executives, not the people who belong to the post of management, HR, team leaders. The company doesn't pay you enough, deducts doub le pay for a day of leave, if you notify about the leave just a day prior the leave</mark>. For, casual leaves, you have to apply 3 days earlier. At times, you'll find yourself over-qualified, yet the jobs that you're going to be provided are below average and you won't find any craze to do the jobs. On other occasions, the jobs are so pathetic that you won't even be feeling like doing them. The management seems very casual on certain aspects. There's no opportunity for you to grow as a corporate professional, unless you try to find the best things by yourself. On a personal note, if you take more than 2 - 3 leaves in a month, you get pressurised by the HR in a manner that you don't belong to company and you can face the strict consequences any time!...Read More

Up until now, I've never been happy throughout this whole working period while working in the company. I THINK WHEN WORKING IN A CORPORATE SECTOR, GIVING YOUR VALUABLE TIME TO A FIRM, YOU DO DESERVE SOME SORTA HAPPINESS. Sadly, there are not many options!
