Dislikes

Discrimination based on favourism Appraisal depends on your relationship with group manager.There is one group manager Arshad Shaikh don't even talk politely acts like he is giving salary from his pockets,he like harassing colleagues who reports to him. Pune office worthless for every issue you have to contact Bangalore office.They hire you for different role they assign you to anywhere

Company has not supported at all in lockdown. They didn't pay salary. They risking employees health. There is no work from home facility. No hygiene, no proper care for sanitation. If any one is positive among the staff, company management is hiding the information.

Dislikes

There is no growth at all. No increment in last 2 years as we all work for income. No work ethics. Everyday u receive mail which bully you at worst level. Senior staff always treat the juniors at very worst. No technical help while working. Every weekend employees supposed to work without any benefits. Management treats employees worst than any animal.
