The compensation at Area Manager and above is unmatched and much higher than industry standards along with a very robust training and induction program to ease you into the system.

There is no semblance of work life balance, Company has a concept of Peaking to increase revenue which means the team has to sit biweekly till 12 in the night to hit their targets which are very very aggressive.
