Company has very good values. Employee first, business is very transparent. Good place to work

Company culture - Good

Dislikes

The people are not good in a few departments. Particularly finance and accounts which will harrass you to the core and leave you in stress. Too much of expected from all.

Work Details

Hectic work for a few depts like finance or accounts otherwise very good

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. Im not sure what to do Can you guys suggest me
