Many things as I faced lot many issues with the management, the hierarchy, the dealer, self respect matters to everyone, but here in asian paints we have to work as that we don't have that, they used to assign lot much of work that single person cannot do on a daily basis, they will literally use employees for their frustation, theydon't even recognize how a person works much harder and in return we will get only humiliation, when it comes to dealer behaviour they even don't treat employees that they are educated and have some potential that they are in this position, dealer treats employees just like labours, I lose my self respect and everything, literally I worked like a goat to Asian paints but in return I received such a humiliation and all, the hierarchy (unit head, SSO, SD) these people do nothing regarding work but they do know only how to torture an employee in all basis. The compensation at Area Manager and above is unmatched and much higher than industry standards along with a very robust training and induction program to ease you into the system.

There is no semblance of work life balance, Company has a concept of Peaking to increase revenue which means the team has to sit biweekly till 12 in the night to hit their targets which are very very aggressive. Company also doesn’t believe in economics and has a habit of setting promise numbers much higher than the growth rate of the Building and chemical industry which unnecessarily puts a lot of pressure on the sales team....Read More

in covid time company stand with employee, dont cut any single amount from salary so that point i like about working in asian paints

company not promote ground level employee who working with asian paints in 4-5year. this is not good sign for company growth because another company come & hire asian paints employee at good position so thats why AP loose there employee & market share.

Great organisation with good core values. A lot of respect and very good customers satisfaction, this helps in market. Good renumeration and incentive structure.

Dislikes

Work life balance is not good as working hours are not defined absolutely. 10-12 days in a month, where you work till midnight.

Asian Paints in no doubt is well cultured company and he evolved in 3PL payroll staffs and 3PL Logistics.It was my best organization in work life.

Asian Paints and his 3PL Logistics is good but .CFA Warehouse Manager behaviour is very wrost. I had left this job due to bad behaviour of his CFA Warehouse Manager.
