Hello The main problem i am facing is not getting proper support for onroll . The higher officers and excutive level officers should give more concentration towords the offroll employees making them onroll . Higher officers (executives/reporting head)are not concentrating on the onroll process the only thing they see is only to get the work done as much as possible and to complete the targets . Not Satisfied with my current job role. Seeking Advice for a career switch to finance.

Hello, I have been working in a paint company for the last 2 years but am not satisfied with the work profile and responsibilities. I'm planning for a career switch in the next 1 year to finance with zero financial knowledge and background. I heard it is high paying and job security is good. Can anyone please suggest the paths to me. I just have an idea how to go for it. I'm sharing here. Since I am 26, I don't wanna take any risk, atleast any calculated risk further. *FMVA *Python *Excel *Sql *PowerBI I need help here. Please mention, if any other courses need to be done. #Finance, #career switch
