The concept of a 45-day month is implemented, which creates an unbalanced work-life dynamic. Furthermore, there is a lack of opportunities for promotions and a culture that fosters favoritism within management. I strongly advise job seekers, particularly fresh graduates, to reconsider joining Asian Paints. I have witnessed numerous instances of individuals being hired and subsequently laid off within a short span of three months.
