1. Micormanaging is highly practiced. You have to listen to whoever holding a title of a position higher than you. Department doesn't matter. 2. Negative and Toxic Culture. Disregard of the position, the CEO scolds everyone in utter filth. Be that happens infront of your subordinates. 4. You will have to work on saturdays, Sundays,Poyadays, and any other days. Everything in the company sound to be bad. CEO scolding staff in utter filthy words, CEOs family who are not workers of the company are scolding the staff. High politics within the company. No increments on the fix salaries for all staff for 6 years. Company is at a bankruptcy but thanks to the Indian mother company funding to keep it as a piggybacking company for mother company’s tax purpose.
