Worst management that i have come across in my 7 year career.The top management is clueless about ground situation and act like a king while giving orders.the managers are worstin their work allocation, they do not approve leave even on emergencies.Managers have no in depth knowledge of fund accounting, just are perfect in doing themanual work and formatting stuff. Being a growing firm in the field of fund solutions, the work environment provided wide opportunities to enhance the domain experience and contribute to the firm's expectations in a resourceful manner. The management is supportive and reachable to even the junior staff members in the hierarchy and any concerns/ issues are heard and resolved to the best possible manner at the earliest.

None to point out... There are always some individual concerns here and there while working in a team, but nothing is unresolvable if spoken and discussed amongst the team openly.

The leadership team is very transparent and approachable right from entry level. Firms growth in 2022 has established its presence over 19 global locations with multiple new offices across India adding up to the promising headcount increase each month. Exposure to working with all the teams across the globe catering to various typesof fund structures and products especially in crypto and hedge funds is a big plus when it comes to learning aspects. Work timings are good and flexible. Amenities in office is good and frequent occasions for celebrations as well.
