Bad work environment and culture. Teammates are not supportive and the management not transparent. company policy are very bad.appraisals are not fair। And they give bad salary hike and bonus every year not provide.

Nothing..they do not have any policy /there is no leave /they do not maintain labor law /they deduct salary .HR is worst .Buttering employees is very much appreciable in this company.Top level management does not pick call in case you leave the company.HR not follow any rule.I request to all join only when you not find job in any good or average company .
