I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Fairly a good place to work or start your career,employees are very supportive and they engage in lot of extra activities like weekly knowledge enhancing sessions, and team meets and outings. Overall a good place to start working.

Dislikes

In my experience I noticed, they do not properly vet before hiring a person for decision making roles which in turn lead to huge chaos in the smooth functioning of the work. Which is a major con from my view point.
