Company culture is the worst. There is no proper process of tracking your performance and during appraisal it all depends if your manager likes you or not and there is no process of tracking your work unless you do it yourself. Most of the people working there are old and rusty which means they have a big NO to anything new or digital. Most of the people Dsnt even know how to use basic apps in G suite including the people at the top. It more or less functions like a government Company with no genuine effort for improvement. I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA.
