I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

No teamwork. Communication gaps. Sometimes partner consider you as their PA, or office clark. They remove you, if you were absent 1-2 days for some of the emergency reason. Below average salary.
