During my internship at Arrelic, I had fantastic experience. The work culture fosters inclusivity and integrity, encouraging open discussion with company leadership. I appreciated the freedom to express my views and having all necessary resources provided for work. Moreover, there is a strong emphasis on maintaining work life balance, demonstrating a deep understanding of employee's needs.

Dislikes

Arrelic is flat structure organization having less number of employee but have a great deal of leadership. I experienced that there is a need of HR and manager for great deal of supervision.

I had the opportunity to work in RCM division at Arrelic. This allowed me to develop my skills in consulting and marketing. The company fostered a collaborative and friendly work environment.

Dislikes

Due to the smaller company size, there were occasional limitations on some of the resources. This, however, fostered creativity and resourcefulness in finding solutions.
