Nothing much to like. The company boast about 'Special Leave' for female employees but it is actually deducted from 'Paid leave'.

Dislikes

A Company with No Vision, Poor Leadership and Zero Employee Consideration. The company lacks vision, direction and clarity from leadership team. Work-life balance is non existent. Employees are expected to work on Saturdays or on leaves without any prior commitments. The HR department is practically absent- unresponsive on calls andemails when employees need support. Policies and processes are changed overnight by leadership team and they fail to provide proper guidance but are quick to blame the team for any short comings. Instead of motivating employees they create a demoralizing work environment. In terms of professional growth there is nothing to learn. Increments are are not given on time. There is too much of micromanagement and the company culture is toxic. Despite the company completed 25 years, there were no efforts to appreciated the employees throughout the year. The leadership , unfortunately is driven by ego rather than support. Overall it is one of the worst company I have worked, and I would not recommend it to anyone looking for stability, growth or healthy work culture especially for people outside Nashik.
