Easily approachable managers, best coworkers, satisfaction of making students understand softwares & seeing them creating on their own because of our training.

Dislikes

Terrible work-life balance. We can forget about spending time with family. Continuously we need to take class. Even during the breaks in between the classes, we need to submit reports, evaluate projects & give feedbacks. In short, we will have no breaks, though they say that we have breaks in between classes. The worst part is salary. Though we give our 100% time, the salary is very low. This stresses us to the core....Read More

Company and support people in head office really good. Only CEO believe react with employees based on wrong and unworthy people inputs... I suggest top management to take call and face people daringly with bold.
