Few division of company is very terrible, like HR department. They don't even know if you have resign from organization or still working with them. People who do buttering and try to make their bosses happy are promoted and live his life better. No culture to encourage and motivate employees for their best outcome.

Initially the things were good with management but at the end its a family run company hence down the line it all goes to sons, daughter and relatives

Nepotism, Worst Human working conditions, Sickened and narrow minded management, good for those who stays in the company locality, organisation can do wonders if they focus more on skill and process rather than family panchayat, Arihant is new congress and beauty is that they have 2 Rahul Gs..

Work Details

The kind of industry is pretty fun, my initial tenure was good due to some really sensible subordinates and working profession however they have been sacrificed due to extreme family nepotism, working culture is very old school(Sir/Ma'am wala shit etc)
