There is nothing to like about working here - the most terrible experience I have ever had.

Dislikes

• Teammates : Average to work with as most of them did not know behaviour, and proper work ethics. The need to be united and cooperation is lacking evidently among the team members. • Training - As this is an NGO, the trainings which were held by other other Big NGOs were good. • Job Security - Nil. One can be sacked without priornotice and also if you don't have any fault. • Career Growth - Also, nil. No future and good prospects if one stays here willingly. • Salar<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">y - Poor. With no </mark>benefits and advantages. • Travel - Hectic ones actually without benefits. • Politics - Tremendous. • Learning - Learnt quite a lot in my one year journey which I wasn't accustomed to. • Work Environment - Average. We were always monitored on the CCTV camera. Also, feuds occured from time to time. • Innovation - None as such.
