They don’t fire Their gifts and office parties are nice HR is frequently involved in various recreational activities

Work Culture and Office Politics They hire fresh graduates just to grind, meanwhile seniors keep warming their chair. There isn’t any stability of workflow. Every once in a while new projects keeps coming and you need to adjust accordingly. Also, once you learn the workflow, Managers “demand” that you “TEACH” them. Leave approvals are the worst

You pretty much do operations, so timing your work and planning ahead will give you a happy life here.

Processes are not very standard across teams and you end up doing a lot outside your role but you also end up learning a lot. It is a dislike for me, I don’t like doing extra work.
