The company have awesome work environment. Colleagues are very supportive to me. I am getting ample amount of time to study. I have learned many thing about how handle professional as well as personal life. My company is very supportive in this COVID-19 pandemic as in lock-down 1.0 they given me work from home and given full paid of that month, but as lock-down 2.0 and USA got worst affected, the workload decreases, then my company paid me 40% of my wage and assured me that they will give me 40% of my salary until the economy get stable after this pandemic. Career growth is not there. The office timing was opposite to Indian office timing as it is US based company so travelling late night can be dangerous .

Work Details

Handle all type of troubleshoot based on hardware, software and network. Ensuring no glitch in system, telephone and other devices that are connected to the internet. Basically Giving L1 & L2 support to this company.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
