Management thinks remote working is inefficient and asking employees to come to office on regular basis. New gen employees have several priorities than making presence only in office world. Domain heads need to innovate time management and only then work-life balance can improve.

The company does not provides appropriate wages for consultants and delays in paying their remuneration or night and other allowances late plus consultants have no job security as per their requirements they'll be hiring and even after one month later of our contract expiring the HR Krish Desai did not conveyed about renewal or increments in new contract THEY CAN FIRE A CONSULTANT ANYTIME / WHENEVER THEY LIKE AND RENEWAL OF THE CONTRACT DEPENDS UPON THE MANGER IF HE DOESN'T LIKES YOU!
