No reason to like. Its bad luck to join in this company under uncertain circumstances. They reduce salary and position to join.

Dislikes

Rude behavior of managers, no work life balance, managers are egoistic, have to work more than 12 hours. Managers wont allow to plan work within time, the love to engage more time in lab. No work life balance, managers are sadistic, wont allow to grow chemists and especially good qualified person. Innate regional politics.

Working skills was good, handling of mg to hr scale nd any pyrophoric reagents and seniors was good learning excellent work experience for good skills,any dout for explained.

Dislikes

Lab atmosphere for not good in that of fume hoods and blowers some times not working..my suggestion was fume hoods was modified

Work life balance is good, because they dont have projects. Infrastructure is also good although maintenance is poor.

Dislikes

Failed business development, so not many projects, people sitting on bench mostly. Biased appraisals, only metric measured is how many steps you took in a day, how much you were seen running in the lab. Favouritism peaks here!

Only the chemistry which we are performing here is excellent.

Dislikes

1. The way to manage a synthetic scheme and delivered a target is worst. 2. Unnecessary pressure is created by seniors and managers. 3. Lack of resources (glass apparatus, reaction vials, lyophilisation flasks etc). 4. Lack of working space. Lab is always crowded.

No attempts for upgrading the employees towards the latest enhancements in the fields and appraisals are not satisfactory either. I suggest those who are only expecting work life balance then here is the place.

They will not provide proper infrastructure in the chemistry labs. Too much crowd in the chemistry labs and too crowded labs are leads to less coordination between the scientists....they should provide proper workplace to everyone to work in the safe environment.
