Professional Services division is the worst working environment I have ever worked in, where manager resorts to public shaming of his own team members in group and team meetings. Instead of identifying the issue and finding the solution, he will keep on blaming the team for lack of dedication and effort on the project. Constant intimidation, harassment, and last-minute cancellation of planned leaves is a constant working feature of this group. There are no proper ethics and etiquette standards within this organization and don't expect any help from HR on this psychological trauma.
