1. Work environment is very positive, management and HR is very approachable. 2. Very happy with work I do, it has great learning and working with some fantastic people who have worked decades in the product yet so humble. 3. Compensation benefits are at par with market 4. Very happy with work culture and work life balance Overall I highly recommend Aptos to anyone looking for dynamic, supportive work environment with great opportunities

Only thing I dislike is Office location as its in middle of most busiest IT hub due to which travel time more

Great work-life balance, seamless pre and post interview processes, great support from both India and US teams to learn not just about their business but also their products. Right from the interview process, the HR team has been quite responsive and have helped in smooth transition into the organization. They are actively engaged in employee wellbeing and engagement at office.
