This company is construction from road and hydro project. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that finance reliable and has a client base. As a result I get to a normal travel especially to Head office and region base camp office. Another plus point is that my colleagues came from various cultural background and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re hire policy here.

Dislikes

The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14 to 18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the full day and growth is slow. Manager do not value on individuals unique strengths. Which is why I have to take back my suggestions most o the times. Also, there is no-on job training for fresher's hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step which is a pain sometimes....Read More
