Hi folks, I worked in appnomic as a system engineer it was a good experience for me , work life balance was so good and management treats the employees in a very well way. i was fortunate to have a wonderful teammates and manager who is always supportive right from the start. it's a small company i agree but the policies and work life will make you think it's wonderful place to work on.

No room for improvement in job, appraisal is not good, people who have very less skills and who does not work properly gets more salary.

there were no room for improvement, I had to quit. Top management completely ignores lower cadre of workers. No or very less communication between management and lower category workers. No motivation and dead end job.
