I really love working at appinventiv technologies, people are friendly and helpful, hr 's are good always supportive, seniors are good, salary was on time, and everything was great. And great learning opportunities.

Salary was less as i joined as a fresher and mostly freshers are leaving the company because of less salary they should consider and increase the salary so they don't have to depend on bond to keep good resource in the company.

I have been working in this company for the past 3 years and I've learnt a lot while working in various capacities. The projects are really interesting owing to the quality of clients we cater to and there's flexibility for your schedule as well like you won't feel your personal life is getting hampered or you are unable to stick toyour routine because of the work. I like the diversity of projects I get to work on. I have had the opportunity to work with clients directly and lead teams as well, since I was promoted in January. Although the pressure to perform and handle a team has been a challenge, but I have been learning more about it every day. What I have generally seen in my previous company is that you don’t get to see the output of your work. Here I am informed of the direct impact of my work. The sense of achievement when a product is deployed and goes live, is joyous. The culture is very welcoming and the HR are very helpful here. Sometimes given US clients timings do get extended, otherwise there are parties, virtual events that do keep the moral up. Things that the company can work on: Speed of certain processes. For example, the admin team can be expanded to cater to the huge employee set. Network issues can be improved on the basement floor They should consider opening an office in Delhi as well.

1) Work life balance is terrible 2) You are assigned atleast 2-3 projects at a time with 4-4 hrs of allocation. 3) Tho, they say you just need to complete 8 hrs but technically all are made to work for at least 12-13 daily! 4) In between you are assigned another proj’s work as well. 5) Leave policies are worst, hardly 15 leavesper annual. 6) Projects meetings are kept after office timings i.e, 7pm and last till midnight. 7) Every other day is a release day. You are expected to work till early morning. 8) In my total journey, I don’t remember shutting my laptop at 7pm ever!...Read More
