1. Situated far from the city and no accommodation available easily. 2. No canteen available. 3. No proper shift timings. It's just to say 9 - 6 but you will have to work till 9 or more late. No relaxation or excuses. Actually the CEO personally takes report and if the work is not completed he will force u to work till it gets finished. 4. No training provided they will ask to work directly on project without proper guidance and support. They will just say we are there for you but when ask for help no team leads give a help. 5. No good HR just a hopeless management. 6. The most important thing they will not pay for the first month as they will say it will be paid after completion of 12 months and if you leave in between they will not pay for the month or days you worked. 7. They just want you to work for them in free. If you take leaves those also will be counted as unpaid as there are only 12 leaves in a year. They just want how to cut salary. 8. No overtime payment. 9. You can't say No to the CEO if you say he will say just talk to the client and say we are unable to deliver you the project. 10. Very low salary lower than the labours working around the city. So if you are very helpless and no other jobs in hand then also don't join these company. Nothing to like only good person here was Sidharth sir but sometimes he also gets strict but I understand people above him also pressurise him so no hard feelings .

Team members of iOS are really good. But the company's management policy and work culture is very low. Company only pressurise you they don't give any facilities.

Abono guidence here , you have to do your task on pressure basis with your own. Business analyst will give you more work and force you to do in a single day

At Promatics, If you are good at what you do, there is the benefit of job security. Other than that there isn't much at Promatics. Even in these Covid-19 times we are forced to come to office. The preparations at office are just for show.

Dislikes

There is no work-life balance. Too much work to do in so less time. Designers are exploited by developers, business analysts and manager. No Career growth.
