Employee engagement activities are organized here…I feel it is a really thoughtful and effective initiative taken by the management to develop good bond among all, and also adding a relief for the employees from the routine work schedule. And, I really loved to see that everyone participates fully supporting the program initiative.

If asked me, I would definitely say that this place is a good one to gain good work experience and learn many new techy things. You will have many good opportunities to work on trending technologies. Just don’t miss an opportunity to work here.

The team I belong to as a Software Tester is simply amazing. We work together and exchange ideas and knowledge with each other. Competition is there, but it is healthy one. Our team lead leads through example and encourages all of us to give our best. He is supportive and understanding. Cannot ask for more.

Meetings get extended sometimes due to detailed discussions

WFH has benefited me a lot. It won’t be wrong to say that because of remote working circumstances, I am able to manage both my professional and personal life more efficiently.

The company has stayed reliable during these pandemic times. It took care of us by enabling us the flexibility to work from home. WFH was a bit challenging for each one of us, but I thank the management that helped us with their proper resources and guidance that enabled us to carry our routine task smoothly. I can say, even if the work mode was changed, work productivity was not affected.

Sometimes, working hours could differ considering the project emergence and deadline.

As a Senior Software engineer, I get to associate with not just local but global customers/clients. The requirements of both are different and it is challenging to meet up to them. But this gives me a kick and I strive to live up to it. Expecting more of such challenges and responsibilities in the coming times

Freedom and flexibility is there as far as your work gets completed as per the commitment. No unnecessary work pressure is given so one can function with peace of mind. This works for me and I am sure that it would be working for other co-workers as well

Glad to have such colleagues who are supportive and helpful at the same time. We work as a unit and have developed a strong bond between ourselves. Colleagues help me and guide me whenever I need. Exchange of ideas also takes place. There is healthy competition between us. An important thing.

The open work culture makes everyone over here approachable. Working becomes easier is what I feel. The atmosphere thus remains lively and exciting. The leadership over here is truly inspiring and guiding.

The atmosphere of the office and the employee engagement activities also contribute in giving relaxation to us. I can manage to make time for leisure and relaxation as well.
