People make company but management spoils the environment. People who are surviving because they are YES man/woman. For every bull shot people saying SURE and YES and that's terrible.

No extra benefits to employee, No coffee machine, no insurance from company you have to pay/buy for it. Variables payment is too high. Salary hike is for DEVELOPERS only. Don't be surprised if a fresher crossed of your salary mark in 2 years even though you are third time greater than his/her experience. Simple funda keep put down paper in regular intervals and get your salary increase.
