Getting more opportunities and challenges. So it's really a platform to prove ourself.

Dislikes

Lot of peoples are available in company from past 15 to 20 years and I felt they are not upgraded and not able to speak English due to local language . So, for me like came from other state feeling very difficult to explain them the routine daily work requirements etc...
