Office culture is good, people are friendly in front of you but they mocked you in back. Fully politics in office. Seniors don't support you when you need them. They never appreciate your hard work even you work on holiday or at night 11 pm..They pressurized employees to work on leave also. Increament is also not much as per your hardwork. Listen,Coins have two sides,you have to know it, how to use, from both sides.To do anything, you have to learn something first.Do work hard earn good money othewise you gone.growth one is a necessary thing for everyone.I like most probably thing is in this company is Environment.Don't do politics, which is very bad for environment.so much traveling etc.
