Job security, Transport allowance is very low with many terms and conditions, no monthly discussion even half yearly discussion cloed without discussion, Leaves policy, Work from home policy (Few teams doing Work from home and few teams not allowed to work from home)

Little learning is there because many people have left so because resource crunch, you can learn many things in order to support the team you work for.

Dislikes

No work life balance, managers will ask you work for 10-12 hours daily. No leave approvals, everyday office. Pathetic office and too far from central part of Bangalore. Dont join ever.

Mostly teams have micro management, No job security, no increament and bonus especially if you are on target, pathetic management in some teams/ department. You have to go to office daily to your designated office no matter you are alone in office from that location (you will be alone in entire office from your department but you have to do WFO) with no reason.

Unethical business. Each level different management. No uniform rules. No growth in future. Promotions to favourites no matter how much you work hard. There is no policies in benefits of employees. Salary is not fair. They have no standard structure in their hirerchy. I got cheated by HR while joining explaining wrong hirerchy.
