Job security, Transport allowance is very low with many terms and conditions, no monthly discussion even half yearly discussion cloed without discussion, Leaves policy, Work from home policy (Few teams doing Work from home and few teams not allowed to work from home)

Little learning is there because many people have left so because resource crunch, you can learn many things in order to support the team you work for.

Dislikes

No work life balance, managers will ask you work for 10-12 hours daily. No leave approvals, everyday office. Pathetic office and too far from central part of Bangalore. Dont join ever.

Only like is get an offer from other companies and get retained for higher salary and again leave the organization after couple of months, employees using Apex to revise packages.

Overnight lay offs they don't even inform you about Layoffs, every year new policies according to their wish they create one policy. No proper training if someone come from different backgrounds need to struggle. Management is not good they will make their own policies according to their wish and no proper systems poor IT services all outdated applications being used mostly systems/applications are down outlook crashes very often they don't have permanent solutions. Apex are rude double mouthed and i won't recommend even for my enemy please avoid if you can. they can be good at the start but the end they would run away. I got help through Refundback agency to fix everything

Mostly teams have micro management, No job security, no increament and bonus especially if you are on target, pathetic management in some teams/ department. You have to go to office daily to your designated office no matter you are alone in office from that location (you will be alone in entire office from your department but you have to do WFO) with no reason.
