I hate management not the Taj hotel. They terminated me at that time when I needed there hands. They took undue advantage of the covid situation to terminate employees. Especially surajkund vivanta by Taj management is kind of cunning fellows. I thought of writing a mail send to Mr Punit chatwal so that the new employees would not face such problems...No one was there for us to sit and do one and one and ask for our problems.. when I joined the company I thought i have got a kind of government service and my level of happiness was above the sky but so much of politics and even management gets involved into it. Literally I didn't expect such things from brand like Taj. I got benifits after termination but why termination, no one answered my query. I have the recording with me . They forced me to acknowledge termination in mail and if I don't do so I won't get my full and final settlement. I had no choice and I did what they said. Only and only this two names from HR, Ms vipakshi and ms ritika are assets for the company. I admire them from my heart and I always look forward to see like them HR wherever I work..... I was waiting also that they will call me once things get settled after covid but no one called me. I also thought if they don't have vacancy might they help me in some other hotels of Taj. Office politics and some high position managers takes advantage of new people or silent people who does all work and still treated badly... Taj is a very good company i ll alwaz b proud of that company but at my tenure few couple of managers are the rudest nd psychos....Gav mental pressures....
