- Work life balance can be good depending on the team - Good opportunities to explore and try different technologies - People are generally helpful and collaborative, and being so is encouraged by the management

Dislikes

- Salaries does not follow a band, people can be working at same designations but with salary disparity by more than 50% - Promotions often happen for contribution to adhoc tasks and not on contribution to deliverables - Hiring needs to be done on a need basis, over hiring and then laying off has been frequent in the last year

Team environment is good. Perks you get are good. Hybrid working so can manage your personal/ professional time accordingly.

Dislikes

Job Security zero. They can ask you to leave any day, just one call you get that your position got impacted and boom you are out. No system access will be available right after the call. No good projects, Managers will show that they care for you, and they are with you. But nope they are not helpful at all. Even if you have concernsand you discussed these concerns with you managers, there is no use of it. You will get appraisal only when you join the organization and later they will kick you out with no intimation and no reason. Only bonus is what you can expect which is one time thing....Read More

A lot of politics, favourism, poor promotion, they can eat your variable pay completely. Some managers who are old in organisation control everyone to get things done as per them Threat, abusive language by manager towards consultants especially. No clear picture about management, during appraisal you'll find new stakeholders which u had to satisfy
