So much things are good here for an employee. Lots of opportunities for learning and develop yourself.

There are 3 things I can say bad.. First is ,too much relatives of owner's and director's are there in company and they always ruins the professional atmosphere.Second bad thing is too much deduction from your CTC. And the third one is their (APCO) increment policy. They don't care about who is best performer, they give poor and same increment to all the employees except their relatives.

Am I on right path?

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role.
