It’s a small Indian organisation.

It does not have any structured processes. The processes are not role based instead it is person based. You would basically have to know each person in the organisation by name. Additionally you will have to follow up with each person to get things done. They say the salary would be credited on 1st of every month but that is not the case. There is absolutely no work life balance.

Nothing is payed extra, if you are stretching working hours. Job stability is a big question nowadays. Appraisal are also not good.
