I thought for a while but couldn't find anything likable.

- I worked in a project called Otsuka. Very Terrible project. Everything wrong you can imagine is there. Had few colleagues in other projects also, same condition. - Very less salary and increment even though I worked here very hard for 2 and a half year. Regretted it. - All the old employees are doing WFH, but if you join now then no work from home. All my old team members were working from home and only a handful of us were working from office. That was very unfair. - Leads and Managers were very bad and unsupportive and micromanaged us. - No fixed work timing even though I was working from office. Most of the times I had to work before reaching the office in the morning OR after reaching home from office after 7 pm. - Only work, no life. - They will force you to work on weekends. - No leave even on National holidays. - If you complaint to HR, they will also take the managers side. - They will not fire you, but will force you to resign. Pathetic culture by unskilled managers It’s private limited company and some non competitive managers are boot leakers of management, no growth, good for fresher to get 1-2 year work experience

The city is not good for living very costly and atmosphere hot you always need AC, food also not good on PG, no hybrid WFH, No salary increment, promotion.

Salary deduction in the name of premium of insurance. No working hours are there, shifts are just for name. HODs are toxic and scolding is there without appreciations.

Promotion wise it’s not Good. Some will get promotion every year or Within Year. Some will not get promotion more than 2-3 years also without any Increase of Level too. It’s all God Run or lucky one .

There are a lot of opportunities to grow, lots of learnings and great exposure at an early level of your career. Management of the company is very good, everything is organized very well. Good Work-life balance, HR Is friendly and conduting 2-3 events every month which makes refreshing environment and feelin joyful to attend office.

I have Worked in moderna project and I wanted to share my experience in this organisation so far. I found it is better to get unemployed than being working here. Think twice before working in this organisation. No night shift allowances approval since the date of joining, forced to extend beyond the working hours, no fixed wfh policy have to ask from 2-3 managers regarding the approval or acknowledgement of single leave.
