First of all it is not a Accounts job ,it is something like data entry. Very bad Company culture..All time Accountants slang each other, using bad words is very normal here. PLEASE DO NOT WORK HERE IF YOU WANT YOUR CARRER GROWTH. If you do any mistake in Billing then money will debit from your salary. Too much work pressure without extra pay.

They pay the salary on 5-th day of month. job is security very well if you don't pilfering. If you want to learn all areas of financial accounting there have a lot's of opportunity.

Political culture in office is very bad. Strict in office time. Increment amount is very poor.

Job Security is very High even during Pandemic situation only if you nanage to go to office. The thing is if you keep your attention regular the job security is high.

Higher Management is very bad, 3 Salary debit is a usual thing and marking absent is very frequent as punishment for small Mistake... Though i was luckily my manager is good so i didt have go though any money deduction but i have seen and heard money deduction from employee every alternate day on average.

Work Shift : 9.30 Am to 6.30Pm but sometyms upto 8.00Pm ... I have seen msgs from other team reaching at around 11.00 pm ... And you may have to come office on sundays if required and have to work without extra pay ...
