The company lats of clients like MNC's and National both, the company pay salaries before first or First of every month, here i gained good enough knowledge about Payroll and Statutory compliance it helps me to become strong HR professional.

Dislikes

Here the work pressure is like up and down some times it is high and some times it is normal. Appraisal is not up to my expectations which i have expected minimum.

Here i have to take care of Payroll and Statutory and on boarding. Responsible for employee queries about salary, ESI, PF and Joining documents verification i have to do coordinate with finance team to pay all statutory payments with in the due date.

My job location is Hyderabad which located koti, colleagues really help for work related problems and most of the work is related state and central labour laws service clients, you were closely work with clients and internal team, during job routine life you would get to know each and every labour laws of the state as well central. And would get ample job opportunities the market. And you need to travel with in the city as well as out station to meet with clients and liaison with government authorities. Company policy are very good. 2nd 4th Saturday are week off and all Sunday as well. Appraisal bit verage but you good.
