Good for coasting if you like that sort of a thing. Flexible work hours. You get paid.

Hikes are terrible. You need to build "repo" with people higher up (at the hq) to get by. You manager most probably will have no say in your career progression. There is no promotion cycle. You only get promoted if someone leaves or a position somehow becomes available. People at HQ are terribly insecure about their jobs so they wont let anyone least someone from offsite get ahead. Good Bank Some teams function really good depends on leadership how matured thought process and empathy they have towards people ANZ was good during 2008 and until now where it became pathetic

You can never learn anything new . Company is being spoiled by few useless senior managers who listens and promotes only their family relatives and favourite people irrespective of how deeply they lag in skills . Few managers are linguistic and religiously biased .
