Work culture seems ok. Not sure about job security as I am new myself. It gets hectic though. They’re starting to call people to office. The company has employees majorly local and hence you can get a job if you have good connections.

The salary is disappointing, HR focus only on cost cutting The office is small in the sense the desks are close to each other so please don’t expect privacy. There are graveyard shifts and it’s sad to say that the shift pay is meagre.

Best company if you love job security without any hunger for growth,skill development and being relevant in the Industry.

No Growth and Learning Opportunities, Toxic Culture, favoritism and hard push for diversity without any consideration for merit and competencies. No focus on delivery rather relationship, no culture of valuing it's people and customers. You can never learn anything new . Company is being spoiled by few useless senior managers who listens and promotes only their family relatives and favourite people irrespective of how deeply they lag in skills . Few managers are linguistic and religiously biased .
