Laying off interns/juniors if they don't perform well instead of benching them or putting them on PIP and even if they do so called (they) won't give interns enough time fix their performance issues. Sometimes it's just "No project/s = Instant Fire"

I like the work culture here and the way that they don't micro manage their employees. Seniors and managers are generous and helpful and always ready to help their juniors.
